Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to story.iamgreat.com ("I AM GREAT STORY", "the website"), where you can create a free account and buy episodes of our series to watch online. By creating an account or buying an episode you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by BLUELIGHT DIGITAL TECH SRL, a company registered in Romania: Tax ID (CUI) 47425350, Trade Register No. J2023000133233, registered office Str. Campul Pipera 127 Et. 4 Ap. 32, Voluntari, Ilfov, Romania. Email: support@iamgreat.com.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy episodes.
• You sign in with your email address: we send you a single-use sign-in link. No password is used.
• Your account is personal. Do not share it or your sign-in links with anyone. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@iamgreat.com.

3. What we sell

• We sell access to individual episodes of our series, as digital content streamed online. Episodes cannot be downloaded.
• Episodes are sold one by one. There are no bundles, subscriptions or season passes.
• Episodes are sold in order across the whole catalog: you can buy an episode only if you already own the episode before it. The first episode has no condition.
• An episode you already own cannot be bought again. The website does not offer it and our servers refuse such a purchase.
• A free account can save episodes to a watchlist and buy the first episode. There are no free previews of episodes. Where a story has a trailer, the trailer is free to watch, without an account.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in euro (EUR) next to each episode. The final amount you pay, including any VAT, is shown clearly before you pay.
• You pay on Stripe's payment page. Stripe, through its Link service, resells the episodes to you as the seller of record (merchant of record): it takes the payment, calculates and collects any tax that applies, and sends you the receipt and the invoice. We do not see or store your full card details.
• The price you pay is the one shown when you confirm the purchase. Later price changes do not affect episodes you already bought.

5. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal

Episodes are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Because Stripe/Link is the seller of record, your right of withdrawal and any refund are handled by Stripe/Link under the consumer protection rules that apply to you; the conditions are shown on the payment page before you pay. We do not offer refunds ourselves. See Withdrawal & refunds for details.

6. How you may watch

• An episode you buy stays available in your account for as long as the website operates and your account exists.
• Episodes are for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing only.
• You may not record, copy, download, share, broadcast or make episodes available to others, and you may not try to get around the protection of the videos.
• Videos are protected (DRM) and carry a visible watermark with your email address.
• Your account can be used on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one, and only one episode can play at a time. You can watch the episodes you bought as many times as you like.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

7. Subtitles and availability

The episodes are spoken in Romanian, with subtitles in many languages. We do our best to keep the website and the videos available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or technical problems may make the website temporarily unavailable.

8. Intellectual property

The series, the episodes, the images, the texts and the brand I AM GREAT belong to BLUELIGHT DIGITAL TECH SRL or to those who licensed them to us. Buying an episode gives you a personal right to watch it as described in these terms; it does not transfer any ownership or other rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law. We are not responsible for problems caused by your own equipment, internet connection or software, or by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy an episode applies to that purchase. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.

11. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without taking away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to support@iamgreat.com and we will answer. You can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
